Welcome to my small-but-slowly-growing Primary Page. Currently, I have flip charts and arrangements of several Primary songs for beginning piano students. I have done all of the songs for the 2008 Primary program, as well as a few others.
I do take requests! If you have something you would like to see on the site, e-mail me at dnetlayton@yahoo.com and I'll put it on the list of things to make for the site. I just can't promise how soon I'll be able to get to it!

NEW All Things Bright and Beautiful NEW Books in the Book of Mormon (I cut each "book" out, laminate, and put them on the board. As we sing, children take a book or 2 down at a time until there are none left.) I Am a Child of God Poster - Spanish. Includes the melody line and the words. This prints on 8 pages, with a .25 inch overlap on each page. Cut along the guide marks on each page, and adhere to poster board. For a normal 81/2x11 copy, click here. This poster prints out as individual pie shapes. Mount them on black poster board and cut around to make a wheel. Attach the wheel on white poster board using a brad. Add a title and notes, if desired. Spin to choose the song. I wanted to be able to change the songs on the wheel, so I laminated each individual pie section, then attached them to the black posterboard wheel with poster putty. I put the black circle in the center to hold down the points of the pie pieces.

Gift Box Temple
A very dear sister in my ward made this temple out of gift boxes of various sizes. She graciously let me use it, and the children were captivated by it. This picture really doesn't do it justice. Gold foil contact paper was used on the edges of the boxes, and an Angel Moroni from Deseret Book sits atop the smallest box. Best of all, it folds flat for easy storage. A friend of mine is getting married in a couple of weeks, and I've asked her to save her white gift boxes for me so I can make something similar.

This is something I did up for Father's Day - Pin the Tie on the
Daddy! I wanted it bigger than a normal page size, so you will
need to cut out the head and right and left side of the body. Tape
together, laminate if you'd like, and you are ready to go. Oh, if
you think the Daddy resembles Joseph Smith, you're right. I can't
draw faces - I tried and tried - so I ended up copying a coloring book
picture from the Friend of Joseph Smith for the face.
